Panning: Hold the alt key and click-and-drag with the mouse to pan.

Zooming: Hold the control key and click to zoom in at the mouse pointer location. Hold the control key and click-and-drag to select a region to zoom into.

If the cursor turns into a 'hand", thats a link you can click on to navigate.

Help: right click over the map and select 'help'

If you can't see the map, most likely its because you dont have the SVG plug in installed. To view the Cozumel maps requires the Adobe Scaling Vector Graphics (.SVG) browser plug-in.
